Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of the device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Hardware
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and interface dongles to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated returns facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
